He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Wintrow and Mary Ellen Wintrow (Drewing). He is survived by: his wife Marlene M. Wintrow (Oelslager); his children, Stephanie Smith (Greg) of Tipp City and Rex Wintrow (Wendy) of Piqua; his brother Eugene Wintrow (Aundalee) of Piqua; his grandchildren, Devin Smith (Kourtnee), Dalton, Jade, Logan Smith, Makayla LeVan (Aaron) and Haydan Wintrow; and his great grandchildren, Ryker, Meiya and Brantlee.
