He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Simpson and Amanda Simpson (Baker); his wife Patricia Simpson; and his siblings, Jerry Simpson and Louise Cantrell.
He is survived by: his children, Nakkia Simpson of Sidney, OH, Leslie Washington of Piqua, OH and William Simpson of Piqua, OH; his niece Jody Ball of Sidney, OH; and his grandchildren, Kyley, Hayley, Keandre, Zaydyn, Justine, Aubrey, Ni'Zaiya and La'Trell. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Donations may be made in Harol's name to the funeral home to help with expenses.
