He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wagner and Isabel Wagner (Longbrake). He is survived by: his wife Constance S. Huffman; his son Donald Wagner (Shelley) of Union City; and his grandchildren, Jason and Anna. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
