He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leiberick and Norma J. Leiberick (Moyer); and his brother Randy Leiberick (Deborah). He is survived by: his sister Christina "Chris" York of Piqua; his aunt Nonie Maher (Fish) of Piqua; his niece Melanie Whitt of North Carolina; and his cousins, Becky Cook of Fletcher and Rhonda Denas of Cincinnati. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
