He is survived by: his children, David (Karin Seipel), Frederick Seipel of Piqua, OH and Debra Seipel of Piqua, OH; his siblings, John Seipel of Piqua, OH, Mary Ann Cotterman of Piqua, Carol Popp of Piqua and Rita Seipel of Piqua; and his grandchildren, Nichole Aills (Jim), Abagale Seipel of Piqua, OH, Blake Nickel (Christina) of Norton, VA, Jordan Gilmore of Piqua, OH, Shaila Seipel of Piqua, OH, Justin Seipel of Piqua, OH and Austin Seipel of Piqua, OH. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
