He was predeceased by: his father George R.. He is survived by: his wife Betty O'Brien (Braunagel) of Piqua; his children, Timothy O'Brien of Greenville, Malisa Card (Steve) of Carsonville, Robert O'Brien of Piqua, Sarah O'Brien-Landis (Justin) of Plain City, Krista Selhorst (Adam) of San Diego and Eric O'Brien (Carla) of Cincinnati; and his sisters, Carol Nihem of Detroit, Michigan. and Rosie Deschane of Detroit, Michigan.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and expecting one more; two great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Boniface Catholic Church 310 S. Downing St. Piqua, OH 45356.
