Franklin Kessler Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Swartz and Helen Swartz (Kesler); his brother Daniel Swartz; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Krister. He is survived by: his wife Doris J. Kesler (Miller); his children, Franklin Leroy Kesler (Belinda) of Piqua, Robert Kesler (Samantha), Vickie Kesler of Springfield, MO and Mildred Kesler of Circleville; his stepdaughter Tracy Downing; and his siblings, Bill Swartz (Teri) of Greenville, Albert Swartz of Piqua, Mary Krister of Greenville, Rosie Hobbs (Jim) and Nancy Birt (Jay) of Piqua. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
