He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace V. Garfoot and Stella Garfoot (Johnson); and his wife Debra Russell. He is survived by: his children, Robin Rogers and Dwayne Garfoot; his granddaughter Samantha; his sister Bonnie Moore (Robert) of Goleta, CA.; and his siblings-in-law, Mike and Rosella Russell of Piqua.
