He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kaeck; his daughters, Deborah Wiles (Robert) of Piqua, OH and Kristina Bannister (Robert) of Piqua, OH; his close friends, Mario and Bella; his grandchildren, Kyle, Michael, Trishia and Nicole; and his great grandchildren, Oakley, Kinslee, Korbin and Caitlyn.

Memorial contributions may be made in Frank's name to Miami County Riverside at 1625 Troy-Sidney Road, Troy, OH 45373.
