He was predeceased by: his parents, Flavil J. and Vena V. Pollock Sr. (Clay); and his son Bradley S. Pollock. He is survived by: his son Flavil Martin Pollock Sr. (Jackie) of Piqua; his daughter-in-law Laurie V. Pollock of Wichita Falls, Texas; and his grandsons, F. Martin Pollock Jr., Alexander Pollock, Zane Pollock (Rachel) and Colter Pollock.
