He was predeceased by: his father Everett E. Booth. He is survived by: his mother Tammy Hutchinson; his girlfriend Teresa Tobe; his children, Ethan Booth and Olivia Booth of Cincinnati, OH; and his sisters, Teresa, Trisha, Trina and Christina.
