She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Russell and Mabel Russell (Pence); her daughter-in-law Terri Kiser; her grandchildren, Shawn Hill and Rebecca Erin Kiser; and her siblings, Rob, Lester, Chet, Evelyn and Patricia.
She is survived by: her husband Melvin Kiser of Piqua; her children, Ronald E. Kiser (Sharon) of Huber Heights, OH, Deborah A. Hill (Tom) of Piqua, Gregory R. Kiser of Piqua, Jean Kiser-Monroe of Piqua and Sharon L. Mott (J. D. Dodson) of Piqua; and her sisters, Charlotte, Carolyn, Mary and Betty. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and one step grandchild.
