He was predeceased by: his wife Nevil Fay Wamsley; and his son Rodney Howard. He is survived by: his children, Fred Howard of Merritt Island, FL and Crystal Howard of Piqua; his grandchildren, Keesha Howard, Jeremy (Katherine Howard), Charity (Bryan Klingler) and Fredrick Howard; and his great grandchild Macy Klingler.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:15 AM at the Highland Cemetery (796 N High St, Covington, OH 45318).
