He is survived by: his parents, Kurt Anderson of Kettering and Stephanie Winchester (John) of Piqua, Ohio.; his sister Andrea Rubinstein (Jeff) of Columbus, Ohio; his nieces and nephews, Lexi and Micah Rubinstein; his grandmother Carole Anderson of Topeka, Kansas; his aunts, Terry Hime, Sue Crist, Nancy Anderson and Bernadette Spencer; his uncle Mark Ayala (Belinda); and his cousins, Tyler Anderson, Brett Anderson, Stephen Spencer, Joel Spencer (Liz), Nikki Tinnerman, Shanda Wright, Carrie Rodgers, Joel Hime, Jenny Sanders and Steven Hime.
