She was predeceased by: her father Preston Melbern; and her son Kurt Cavender. She is survived by: her son Eric Cavender (Krystal) of Troy; her stepdaughter Diane Matthews (Larry) of Troy; her granddaughter Erica Wilson (Phil); her stepgrandchildren, Kayla Lamb (Clint), Megan Berger (Steven), Erik Matthews, Keith Matthews and Claire Matthews; her great grandchildren, Abrielle and Adeline Lamb; and her sister Marletta Carity (Donald) of Piqua. She is also survived by her loving family and many friends.
