He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Elliott and Pauline E. Elliott (Deal); and his sisters, Nancy Clark and Barbara Siler. He is survived by: his wife Ann D. Wise; his children, Jeff Elliott (Tina) of Piqua, Janet Smith (Randy) of Tipp City and Judy Elliott of Middletown; and his brother Fred Elliott (Vicki) of Troy. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren.
