He was predeceased by: his father Harold Lantz; his brother Donny Lantz; and his son Chad Lantz. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Lantz (Erica) of Union, Rodney Lantz of Kansas City and Jonathan Lantz of Wilmington, Ohio; his grandsons, Ethan Lantz, Ian Lantz and Holden Lantz; his siblings, Danny Lantz (Peggy) of Greenwood, Tom McGarity of Piqua and Bev Mayfield of Berea, Kentucky; and his extended family, Randy Wilson (Kimmy), Rich Wilson, Tammy Wilson and Shanda Wilson.
