He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ruley and Laura Ruley (Lind); his brother Thomas M. Ruley; and his nephew Chad Michael. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Brown; his children, Matthew Ruley of Piqua, OH, Jennifer Ruley (Mike) of Piqua, OH, Christopher Mitchell (Jessica) of Piqua, OH and Chelsi Schulz (Josh); his siblings, David Ruley (June) of Piqua, OH, Renee Bowling (Michael) of Piqua, OH, Linda Francis (Larry) of Piqua, OH and Thirteen; and his grandchildren, Bayli, Krystal, Patience, Isaac, Elijah, Emilee, Adaleigh, Joshua, Jackson, Owen, Andrew, Kylie and Abigail.
