With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy R. Huggins (Piqua, Ohio), born in Bradford, Ohio, who passed away on April 23, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry H. Manning and Dorothy E. Manning (Anderson). She is survived by: her brother Forrest Manning of Phoenix, Arizona.. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren.
