She is survived by: her spouse Edward F. Mumaw; her daughters, Cynthia Huelskamp, Diane Grunkemeyer and Linda Spain (Bibb Bruton); her brother-in-law Bill Jones of Houston, OH; and her grandchildren, Amy Jo Kurzawa (Lewis), Andrew Huelskamp, Angela Spain (Carlos Llamas), Doug Spain (Karen), Matthew Spain (Ashley), Jackie Grise (Sam), Jerry Huelskamp (Jenni) and Jenni Spangler (Matt). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
