She was predeceased by: her brother Tom. She is survived by: her husband John Phillip DeBlase; her children, Amie Cajka (Phil), Teri Friedrich (Tim), Jack DeBlase (Beth) and Elly Snapp (Tom); her grandchildren, Peter Cajka (Grainne), Lindsay Cajka Ganner (Jamie), Jack Friedrich, Tim Friedrich, Zachary DeBlase, Zeke DeBlase, Austin Wheeler and Jacqueline DeBlase; her children, Ike D. Snapp and Kaele Snapp Schneider (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Killian, Ruari Cajka, Lucas and Caden Ganner; her siblings-in-law, Joseph (Judy), Shirley, Rosalie and Patricia; and her nieces and nephews, Tracey, Nikki, Leah, Betsy, Tawnya, Joey, Jack, Bill, Tony and Greg. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
