It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Marlene Fraley (Piqua, Ohio), who passed away on March 10, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Willard Dale Fraley; and her children, Stanley Fraley of Piqua and Vicky Welbaum (Joel) of Covington. She is also survived by three grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and two great-grandsons.
