He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sowry and Eva Sowry (Norris); his son Kevin D. Mullen; and his granddaughter Heather Mullen. He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Mullen (Ciriegio); his children, Mark M., Janet Mullen of Piqua, OH, D. Kent Mullen (Darlene) of Sidney, OH, Jolene Krebehenne (Marty) of Sidney, OH and Stacy Drew (Jared); his daughter-in-law Darla Mullen of Celina, OH; and his siblings, Duane Mullen (Pat) of Sidney, OH, Steven Sowry (Mel) of Fletcher, OH and Joan Havenar (Jack) of Piqua, OH.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
