He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Headley and Ruth Headley (Plummer); his wife Nancy L. Sherwood; and his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Headley and Dorothy Snider.
He is survived by: his daughter Mindy Greggerson of Piqua; his grandchildren, Brad Hill (Kelli) and Laura Masteller (Dustin); his stepgrandson Charles Greggerson; his great grandchildren, Kloee, Kim, Karter, Kolton, Kenedee Hill, Aiden, Mason and Ryder Masteller; and his siblings, Joann Ingle of Versailles and Dick Headley of Greenville.
