It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald E. Rowell of Piqua, Ohio, born in Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on May 2, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren W. Rowell and Mary Christine Rowell (Jones). He is survived by: his spouse Avanelle A. Alexander; his children, Scott Rowell (Judy) of Houston, Sheila Dickey (Deke) of Madisonville and Bryan Rowell of Piqua; his grandchildren, Nathan Rowell (Becca), Natalie Arnold (Colin), Cassandra Darling (Matt) and Brymar Rowell; his siblings, Ronald Rowell (Beverly) of Sidney and Debbie Rowell of New Madison; and his stepmother Betty Rowell of Piqua. He is also survived by several stepchildren and step grandchildren.
