He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Apple and Treva Apple (Warner). He is survived by: his children, Donna Kinsella (Mark) of Newburgh, Sandy Wilson (Alan) of Norton Shores, Michigan and Dan Apple (Kelsey) of Dublin; his grandchildren, Austin Apple, Cade Apple, Riley Kinsella, Wesley Wilson, Max Wilson and Sydney Wilson; and his sister Dolores Morris of Columbus. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
