Jr; her daughter-in-law Laura Floss, Jr.; her daughter Joann Witkowski; her son-in-law Paul Witkowski of Piqua; her brothers, Robert LeVan, Tina LeVan of Piqua, OH and Gerald LeVan; her sister-in-law Robin LeVan; her sister Betty Gardner; her brother-in-law Robert Gardner; and her sister Sandra Vernon of Indian Lake, OH. She is also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
