"Sammy" Dershem; her children, Kathy Bushnell of Piqua, Ron Dershem (Dee) of Davisburg, Fred Dershem of Springboro and Dave Dershem (Theresa) of Piqua; her grandchildren, Dusty Dershem, Carmen Ballard, Kevin Dershem, Keri Macklin Dick, Matt Bushnell, Amy O'Brien, Andrew Dershem, Graham Hardesty, Becky Sutton and Michael Slaven; and her siblings, Vivian Kinnison, Marion Adams, Max Adams (Gloria) and Sam Adams (Jackie).
