He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar H. Mills and Thelma Mills Sr. (Thompson); and his brothers, Ted Mills and Edgar "Butch" Mills Jr. (Carolyn Sue). He is survived by: his daughter Angela Humes (William) of London, Ohio; his grandsons, Harrison and Benjamin; and his sister-in-law Mary Sue Mills of Troy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
