He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Foster and Mildred Foster (Kleinhenn); his wife Janice (Wheeler); and his brothers, David Foster and Jim Foster.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Foster (Cindy) of Piqua, OH, Michael Foster (Robbie) of Piqua, OH and Denise Taylor of Piqua, OH; and his siblings, Richard Foster (Lois) of San Diego, CA and Rebecca Corey (Bill). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Dennis' name to Fletcher Community Church at 205 S. Walnut St., Fletcher, OH 45326; or Bethany Center at 339 South Street, Piqua, OH 45356 or Boy Scouts of America Troop #76.
