She was predeceased by: her parents, Diana Smith and Joe Brandenburg; her stepfather Robb Smith; and her brother Joseph Brandenburg. She is survived by: her husband Chris Mathias; her children, Chris Guillermin, Kattie Guillermin and Rachael Guillermin (Ben Stewart); her stepsiblings, Mark Smith (Sandy) and Melane Baker (Brent); and her siblings-in-law, Lisa Mathias and Pat McConnell (Donna). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Hospice of Miami County.
