He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Carter and Jacquelynn Carter (Deans). He is survived by: his children, Oreon "OJ" Carter of Piqua, OH, Quentin Carter (Amanda) of Piqua, OH, Christine Carter of Troy, OH and Marianne Carter of Canton, OH; his sisters, Rhonda Black (Ron) and Judy Richardson (Kenny); and his grandchildren, Aralynn, Dylan and Myriam.
