It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Baker of Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on December 10, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Roger and Jane; his son Robby; his granddaughter Alyssa; and his brothers-in-law, Steve and Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Tracey; his children, Sarah (Richard), Crissy, John (Shari), Levi and Mike (Peaches); his sisters, Billie and Dorothy; his siblings-in-law, Hope, Gerry and Bobby (Connie); his mother-in-law Pat Pitman; his grandchildren, Damien, Khloi, Destini, Aalyah of Kenn, Dale, Jr., Kayvon, Kaye, Amy, Bambi, Mikey, Annisha, Kameren, Kayla and Jacob; and his adoptive son Pat Hayes. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
