She was predeceased by: her parents, Fonzie Jenkins and Wanda L. White (Kerns); and her brother John M. Jenkins. She is survived by: her children, Gino Howard of Piqua and Kristi Jones (Jonathan) of Piqua. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
