She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick L. Hale, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Angela; her son-in-law Graydon Satterfield of Piqua, OH; her son Frederick L. Hale, Jr. of Celina, OH; her sisters, Sarah Meyer of Piqua, OH and Norma Flaugher of Piqua, OH; and her grandchildren, Brian Smith II, Tiffany Adkins and Nathan Wreck. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
