He is survived by: his son Joe; his daughter-in-law Aoife Polhamus of New Carlisle; his daughter Christy; his son-in-law Jason Beireis of Piqua; his sister Linda Sprouse of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Courtney Ostendorf (Jake) and Kali Higgs (Nick Williams); and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Salem, Nova and Johnny Joe.
