She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Warner and Mary Warner (Collins); her son George Richard "Ricky" Warner; and her brother Forest Edward Warner (Bud). She is survived by: her children, Shonda Lee, Robert Lee of Piqua, Scott Darkes of Missoula, Montana and Jason Lee; and her sisters, Loretta Kay Grinnell (Dave) of Gardner and Shirley Swank (Roger) of Springfield, Ohio.. She is also survived by Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
