He is survived by: his spouse Ardith Mills; his daughter Peggy Gambrell (Jeff Cline) of Piqua; his grandchild Jessica Gambrell of Scott Hammel; and his siblings, Joe Ray Gambrel, Everett Gambrel, Arnold Gambrel, Karen Gambrel, Doris Shoemaker, Jennifer Powell and Jerry Gambrel.
