He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Flaharty and Norma Flaharty (Poling). He is survived by: his wife Kathy J. Gambill; his children, Kenny Flaharty (Janelle) of Troy and Karen Spurgeon (Steve) of Piqua; his stepchildren, Melissa Lawrence of Piqua and James "Rob" Lawrence of Piqua; and his grandchildren, McKenzie, Tyler, Cameron, Zach, Austin, Cody and Mara.
