He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Walter and Ruth White (Foster). He is survived by: his wife Ruth White (Samson); his children, Lorraine White, James R. White (Tracy) of Urbana, OH and Paul E. White (Amy) of Portland, OR; his grandchildren, Amy (Dan), Joey (Emily), Jenny (Chris), Austin, David (Shelly), Ryan, Logan and Taylor; and his niece Becky Apple. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
