He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Holbrook and Betty Holbrook (Cantrell); his wife Maxine Young Holbrook; and his son Dan James Holbrook. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Ratliff of Fairborn, OH, Kathy Holbrook and Frank; his daughter-in-law Terri Brake of Piqua, OH; and his stepdaughter Jeri Young of Piqua, OH. He is also survived by twenty-nine grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and twelve great-great grandchildren.
