He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Eberly and Evelyn Eberly (Sink); his wife Mary Ann Hoffman; his daughter Jean Eberly; and his great grandchild Julian Sims.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Eberly (Valerie) of Tipp City, OH, James Eberly (Donna) of Sidney, OH, Judy Fletcher (Jim) of Springfield, OH and Jennifer Sims (Marty) of Powell, OH; his siblings, Thomas Eberly (Deb) of Tiffin, OH and Rebecca Weimerskirch (Ted); and his grandchildren, Ben, Drew, Lindsay, Angie, Tracie, Mike, Jessica, Rob, Joey, Amanda, Jeff and Jason. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
