He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer J. Romine and Dorothy M. Romine (Myers). He is survived by: his wife Debra Romine (Moore); his son Joseph Romine of Piqua; his stepsons, Leslie Leathem of Piqua and Joseph Leathem of Piqua; and his siblings, Deborah Romine of Huber Heights, Kathy Brown (Jim) of Berea and Charles Romine (Birdie) of Vandalia. He is also survived by two grandchildren, four step grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
