He was predeceased by: his parents, Lafayette "Fate" Partin and Ethel Partin (Roach). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Clark; his children, Angela Wills (Steve) of Piqua, Melissa Carver (Dirk) of West Chester, Diana Carver (Tommy) of Piqua, Anita Clark of Piqua, Malena Partin of Texas and Steve Carver (Sherry) of Piqua; his brother Ben; his sister-in-law Bernice Partin; his sisters, Barbara Reed and Shirley Franks; and his niece Wanda Pohl of Piqua. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
