She was predeceased by: her father Charles Koeller; her husband David McDade; her son Todd Fields; her siblings, Junior, Phyllis, Howard, Ellen and Joan; and her friend Chuck Mowery.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Fields of Piqua, Tami Hernandez of Piqua and Scott McDade (Juvy) of Piqua; her stepchildren, Brent McDade of Fla, Peggy Hester of Ga and Laura Thacker (Mike) of Fla; and her sister Pauline Horner of Greenville. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
