She was predeceased by: her father Ned Edward; her spouse Terry Perkins, Sr.; and her siblings, Charles Edward Cotrell, Perry Eugene Cotrell and Kathy Davis.
She is survived by: her children, T. J. Perkins (Angie) of Greenville, Pam Brannon (Travis) of Piqua and Jackie Russell (Michael) of Piqua; and her grandchildren, Kitsey, Misty, Dustin, Tim, Brandon, Julia, Terry, Trenton and Tanner. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
