She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Russell and Iva L. Russell (Hagan). She is survived by: her brothers, Thomas Russell (Judy) of Piqua and Mikel Russell (Debbie) of Piqua; her niece Annette Fischer; and her nephews, Tommy Russell (Missy), Jim Russell (Sandy) and Scott Russell (Jennifer). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Miami County Animal Shelter.
