She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurence A. Fadely and Lillian Bess Fadely (George) of Milford Center, Ohio.; her husband Loren 'Fritz LeFever; her former husband Dale Smith; and her son Larry Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Smith (Susan) of Piqua, Steve Smith of Piqua, Andy Smith (Stacy) of Covington and Lori Benitt (Kent) of Warren, MN.; her stepchildren, Curt LeFever (Lou Ann) of Athol, MA, Chris LeFever (Teresa) of Sidney, Brian LeFever of Troy and Gingia DeVault (Paul Jr.) of Sidney; and her pet Rusty. She is also survived by grandchildren; many cousins and extended family.
