He was predeceased by: his son Robert Owen Fleisher. He is survived by: his spouse Loa M. Coppock; his children, Arch O. Fleisher, Jr. and Leona K.; his son-in-law Ryan Massie; his grandchildren, Ryan James Fleisher and Hannah Joy Massie; his sister-in-law Judy Fessler of Piqua, OH; and his niece Freda Fleisher of Staunton, VA.. He is also survived by five brothers and four sisters.
