He was predeceased by: his grandsons, Anthony David and Michael Joseph. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Wolford (Skip) of Piqua, Catherine Kowalski (Tim) of Nashville, Tennessee and Greg Gerzina of Dallas, Texas; his grandchildren, Patrick Gerzina, Daniel Gerzina, Christopher Gerzina, Chip Wolford (Alissa) and Lara Wolford; his great grandchild Trey of Ryan, Jack; and his siblings, Larry Gerzina (Carol) of Canton and Linda Lawrence of Canton.
